  • Lead client growth and commercial strategy from our Dubai office. Own revenue, new business, and senior client relationships across MENA.

    Key responsibilities

    • Drive retention, upsell, and new business pitches

    • Build commercial proposals, manage contracts, and oversee P&L

    • Coordinate cross‑discipline teams to deliver results

    • Mentor and grow account team

    Must-haves

    • 8+ years agency/consultancy experience; 3+ years managing teams

    • Proven track record in MENA, strong commercial acumen

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Right to work in UAE

  • Designer

    Create compelling visual work across brand, digital, and campaign projects. Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs that drive impact.

    Key responsibilities

    - Produce brand identities, UI, digital ads, and campaign assets

    - Translate briefs into concepts and high-fidelity outputs

    - Work with developers to ensure design implementation

    - Iterate based on feedback and performance data

    Must-haves

    - 3+ years agency or in-house design experience

    - Strong portfolio in branding and digital design

    - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

    - Attention to detail, typography, and visual storytelling

  • Account Management Intern

    Support the account team in day-to-day client work and learn agency operations across projects.

    Key responsibilities

    - Assist with client communications, meeting notes, and project coordination

    - Help prepare briefs, decks, and reports

    - Track timelines, budgets, and delivery status

    - Support internal teams to ensure smooth execution

    Must-haves

    - Currently studying marketing, communications, business, or related field

    - Strong organisation, communication, and Microsoft/Google Workspace skills

    - Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
